GENERAL NOTARY WORK

$15 – Acknowledgements (per signature)
$15 – Jurat (oath/affirm) (per signature)

$25 & Up – Notary Travel Fee 
$150 Full Trust Package (1 Trustee)
$200 – Full Trust Package (2 Trustees)
$175 Apostille – First Document, $85 for 2nd Doc. in the same pkg (+shipping to/from)
$100 & up – Notary Travel Fee (outside O.C.)
$100 – After Hours Emergency Fee (9p-6a) added to traditional fees

SENIORS

$10 per Signature for 65+ Seniors ($15 reg fee)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations of less than 30 min before scheduled appointment, Travel Fees will be due and payable.

Acceptable Forms of ID

  • State-issued Driver’s License
  • State-issued Identification Card (including Senior Identification Card)
  • Employee Identification Card issued by State or Government Agency
  • Canadian Driver’s License
  • Mexican Driver’s License
  • US Passport
  • Foreign Passport (Must be stamped by USCIS)
  • US Military Identification Card
  • Inmate ID Card  

ID Details

  • All ID must be current and issued within the past five years
  • All ID must include photo, physical description, signature, and a serial or ID #
  • If your ID is expired or you do not have the acceptable identification listed above, you can use TWO credible witnesses who know you personally AND have valid identification that is acceptable and current. Each witness must be present and be willing to take an oath or affirmation attesting to your identity. They must not have any interest or be named in the document that is being notarized.
